Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete product lifecycle, from ideation and design to market introduction and ongoing support.
- Supervise product development while collaborating closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Assess and prioritize product features and initiatives based on their business impact, customer insights, and resource constraints.
- Develop a high-performing product team, providing mentorship and promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, the ESG team, and others to facilitate seamless execution of product initiatives.
- Track product performance and key metrics to ensure goals such as customer satisfaction, user growth, and revenue targets are met.
Requirements
- 7+ years in product management, with 3 to 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS, preferably in ESG/sustainability/fintech.
- Background in a Series A or B startup environment.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and key metrics.
Product Management Skills:
- Strategic vision and roadmap development.
- User-centric design and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with data science, machine learning, and AI applications is a plus.
- Bonus: Knowledge of ESG frameworks.
Leadership:
- Ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration.
- Track record of successful product launches.
Location
Strong preference for candidates to work from our Berlin office, spending 3 days per week on-site; however, a remote setup (within ±3 hours CEST) is also considered.
