Sales Development Representative

Key Responsibilities

  • Own outbound to ICP accounts: build target lists, map buying groups, and run multi-channel sequences (email, LinkedIn, phone, video).
  • Personalise at scale with AI: leverage LLMs/agents to research, draft first-touch and follow-ups, summarise calls, and generate account briefs.
  • Sequence design & testing: iterate on messaging, steps, and timing; A/B test subject lines, CTAs, and openers for continuous lift.
  • Qualify rigorously: apply clear BANT/GPCT criteria; set crisp next steps and clean handoffs to AEs.
  • Signal-based prospecting: trigger outreach from product usage, intent, technographics, and news alerts.
  • Data hygiene & reporting: keep CRM pristine; track activities, conversion, and notes that help AEs win.
  • Feedback loop: feed market intel and objection trends to Marketing and Product.


Requirements

  • 2-5 years in outbound B2B SaaS prospecting with a track record of SQO over-achievement.
  • AI-savvy: comfortable prompting LLMs, using AI research/summarisation, and automating workflow steps (no-code tools, agents).
  • Strong writing & call skills; confident with executive outreach.
  • Tools: HubSpot/Salesforce, Salesloft/Outreach, Apollo/ZoomInfo/Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong/Chorus, Loom, and ChatGPT/Perplexity (or equivalents).
  • Grit, curiosity, and experiment mindset.
  • German or English native/strong fluency; the other is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Other foreign languages are a plus
  • You have contacts in the asset management and/or banking environment
  • Experience in a start-up/scale-up environment


Location

Strong preference for candidates to work from our Berlin office; however, a remote setup (within ±3 hours CEST) is also considered.
