Today, Azarc consists of a team of approximately 35 employees across the UK, Europe, South Africa and the USA.   

About the Role:

We are looking for Head of Product to play a crucial role in shaping the product strategy and driving the development of our software solutions. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design agencies, and operations, to deliver products that meet the needs of our customers. We need this person to utilise their experience in guiding the product vision and ensuring successful execution.

Responsibilities:

• Define and lead the overall product strategy, vision, longer-term roadmap and marketing aligned with the company's goals and market demands.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation, launch and sales, ensuring products meet high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to drive product innovation and development.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
• Manage and mentor product team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product success, iterate on strategies based on data-driven insights.
• Represent the company's product vision and strategy to stakeholders, investors, and partners.
• Actively identify and engage regional partners who would accelerate the rollout across regions
• Work with Sales team on pricing strategies

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in product management leadership roles within the Tech  industry or related field.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Expertise in setting the overall product strategy, vision, longer-term roadmap, and product marketing aligned with company goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated track record of driving product innovation and success.
• Ability to mentor and develop high-performing product teams.
• Competence in identifying, analyzing, and creating proposals for rollout roadmaps across geographical boundaries
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
