About the Job
The People and Culture (P&C) Country Manager is responsible for leading and managing all People and Culture functions within the Indian country office. This role is both strategic and operational, ensuring alignment with Better Cotton’s global P&C strategy and local labour laws.
This position provides advisory support to country leadership, enabling effective people management, compliance, and a strong organisational culture. With a growing team, the P&C Country Manager plays a critical role in talent development, engagement, and workplace culture.
