This is a hands-on corporate events delivery role with responsibility for logistics, coordination, and inclusive participant experience across in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats.

The Challenge

Looking ahead to 2030, we are targeting reducing GHG emissions from cotton production by half, big cuts in synthetic pesticide use, improve soil health across our network, improve farm income and support women’s empowerment among farmers and farm workers.

  5. Act as a coordination point for virtual and hybrid events, including the Large Farm Symposium and virtual Programme Partner Meetings.
  6. Manage run-of-show coordination, participant communications, and platform updates to ensure smooth delivery across time zones.
  7. Support content preparation, including master decks, templates, keynote documentation, and post-event reports.
  8. Collaborate closely with Events, Communications, Programmes, Operations, IT, and external suppliers to ensure aligned and inclusive delivery.

Experience

  1. Proven experience coordinating international events, including logistics for speakers and participants (travel, visas, accommodation, interpretation, and budget tracking).
  2. Experience supporting corporate event production across in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats.
  3. Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in multicultural teams.
  5. High proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and virtual platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
  6. Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Desirable

  1. Experience working in sustainability, agriculture, apparel, or a membership-based or not-for-profit organisation.
  2. Experience with CRM, registration systems, financial or administrative data management.
