Your Key Responsibilities


  • People Strategy & Workforce Planning – Align country P&C initiatives with Better Cotton’s global vision, ensuring we attract, develop, and retain top talent. 
  • Recruitment & Onboarding – Lead end-to-end recruitment and deliver an exceptional onboarding experience that sets new employees up for success. 
  • Performance & Development – Ensure a strong performance culture through goal setting, feedback, coaching, and career development opportunities. 
  • Employee Engagement & Well-being – Drive initiatives that foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace. 
  • P&C Operations & Compliance – Oversee policies, payroll, benefits, and compliance, ensuring adherence to local labour laws and global standards. 
  • Leadership & Manager Coaching – Empower and guide managers in effective people management, ensuring they play an active role in talent growth and retention. 



We are looking for someone who has


  • 10+ years of progressive experience in People & Culture, including 5+ years in a HR Country leadership role. 
  • Proven expertise in recruitment, talent management, onboarding, and performance development. 
    Deep understanding of Pakistan labour laws and global people practices. 
  • Experience in a matrixed, international organisation is a strong plus. 
    Strong interpersonal, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Fluent in English & Urdu (spoken & written). 
  • Tech-savvy with experience in HRMS (Rippling) and digital HR tools. 
  • Passionate about creating a workplace where people thrive!

Working arrangements


The position is full-time (40 hours per week) and will be based in Lahore. Better Cotton offers flexible working, with core hours being 10 am – 4 pm.
