Berger Financial Group is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Receptionist & Administrative Assistant to support our Springfield team. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming environment for clients and visitors while providing administrative and operational support to ensure the office runs efficiently. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks, including client communication, document management, and assisting with retirement plan and compliance processes. This position plays an important role in supporting both the client experience and internal team operations.
