What we're looking for

We’re looking for an experienced Microsoft Power Apps developer to help us grow our Microsoft consulting practice. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Power Platform developer with experience developing enterprise-grade solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft 365. As a development consultant, you'll be tasked with supporting our customers on various implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft 365 technologies.
• Partner with clients and stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable low-code and no-code solutions.
• Build, maintain, and enhance Power Apps Canvas applications to improve business processes, user experience, and operational efficiency.
• Develop automated workflows, integrations, and business process solutions using Power Automate.
• Leverage SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 services to create connected solutions that support collaboration, document management, and process automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business users, solution architects, low-code makers, and pro-code developers, to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Support multiple client implementation projects while ensuring deliverables meet project timelines, quality standards, and business objectives.
• Perform solution testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and ongoing enhancements to ensure application reliability and performance.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and deployment materials for developed solutions.
• Utilize Dataverse and Model-Driven Apps to support complex business application requirements.
• Explore and implement emerging Power Platform capabilities, including Power Virtual Agents, Power Automate Desktop, and robotic process automation (RPA) technologies.
• Provide technical guidance, solution recommendations, and knowledge sharing to clients and internal team members.
• Stay current on Microsoft Power Platform updates, features, and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience working with Power Platform or similar technologies (e.g., Dynamics 365, SharePoint, or InfoPath).

• Hands-on experience working with Power Apps Canvas apps and Power Automate.

• Hands-on experience working with SharePoint Online and related M365 services.

• Comfortable working on fusion teams that blend pro-code specialists with low-code makers to develop comprehensive solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited university.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Good organizational skills and able to manage multiple priorities, commitments, and projects.

• Must be a US citizen.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Experience working with Dataverse and Model-Driven Apps.

• Experience working with Power Virtual Agents.

• Exposure to Power Automate Desktop and RPA development.

• Exposure to JavaScript and a willingness to pick up pro-code development skills.
