As the Performance Marketing Specialist, you are responsible for fuelling the sales engine with high-quality, sustainable leads through performance-based campaigns. This is a strategic and hands on role that is designed for an analytically minded marketer that loves to conceptualise new strategies and bring them to life.


This role reports into the marketing manger, but will work side-by-side with the sales team to ensure all campaigns are optimised to reach the desired customer. We’re a young brand that is passionate about creating new content - if you’ve got big ideas and want to test them out, then this is the place to be!


Working across all digital channels, including paid social, search and display advertising, you’ll use your strong understanding of digital strategies to translate BuildPass goals into clear and actionable campaigns. Key responsibilities

  • Day-to-day channel management: Develop, implement, optimise and manage all paid media channels; including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. You’ll be given the ownership to A/B test to identify the most effective strategies, creative and messaging to improve marketing efforts with data-driven insights.
  • Budget management: Manage Paid Media budget and channel split to drive revenue targets while maintaining target ROAS and CAC.
  • Analysis and reporting: Communicate accurate and timely monthly reports on the performance of paid channels to the wider marketing, sales and executive teams.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-quality and high-performing assets.
  • Leading contributor to performance marketing strategy
  • Website SEO: Work alongside the Marketing Manger and agency team to optimise the website user experience and search engine performance. Including tracking, link building, and content creation (keyword planning, blog ideas).
  • Performance tracking: Manage and optimise conversion tracking across all platforms and the BuildPass website, ensuring Hubspot’s reporting capabilities are being used to full effect.

About you

  • Experience creating, optimising and managing digital campaigns - 2+ years
  • In-depth knowledge of current digital marketing trends and technologies
  • Must have in-platform experience - Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager
  • Highly analytical with a focus on key metrics and ROI from digital marketing - with the ability to convert insights into clear, actionable reports.
  • Forecast and manage the performance marketing budget, ensuring appropriate allocation between channels.
  • You’re empowered by the opportunity to own your performance channel. We’re here to help you thrive, but you will be given the autonomy you need.
  • Prepared to fail and willing to test new channels / approaches that might exist outside the box

Salary range for this role is $80k - $100k.
