  • $150,000 - $180,000 On-Target Earnings. Including salary plus commission and annual bonus.

About The Role


We’re looking for a seasoned Enterprise Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be the trusted partner for a portfolio of high-value enterprise clients, ensuring they achieve maximum value from our solutions while driving growth for the business. This is an opportunity to build strategic relationships, influence outcomes at the executive level, and deliver impact across some of our most important accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of enterprise accounts, ensuring long-term satisfaction and success.
  • Develop and nurture strong, multi-level relationships with client stakeholders, from daily contacts through to senior executives.
  • Drive account growth by leading renewals, upsell opportunities, and cross-sell initiatives.
  • Lead quarterly and annual business reviews to highlight ROI, present insights, and align on future goals.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams—including Product, Support, Sales, and Implementation—to deliver seamless, high-quality client outcomes.
  • Monitor and report on account health, pipeline activity, and revenue expansion opportunities.

Requirements

  • 7+ years’ experience in enterprise account management, client success, or strategic relationship management (SaaS or fintech experience a strong plus).
  • Proven ability to grow enterprise accounts and consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to uncover client needs and design tailored solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
  • Deep understanding of the investment industry, with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and translate industry knowledge into client value.
