About the role

As a Product Manager, you will help shape and execute Nithio’s product development efforts. You will support the documentation and refinement of the product vision and strategy, contribute to roadmap development, and collaborate across teams to launch new products and features.

This role is ideal for a strategic yet execution-oriented individual who can take ownership of product initiatives and ensure alignment with company goals.

What you'll do

Primary Responsibilities

• Product Vision & Strategy: Support leadership in refining and documenting Nithio’s product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Product Roadmap Execution: Assist in developing and maintaining a product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on impact and feasibility.
• Market Research & Analysis: Research market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with engineering, data, investment, and revenue teams to drive product initiatives from concept to launch.
• Product Development Process: Partner with technical teams to define requirements, manage product backlogs, and track development progress.
• Customer Insights & Feedback: Engage with users to gather feedback, validate product features, and ensure alignment with market needs.
• Performance Monitoring & Iteration: Define key success metrics and leverage data to continuously improve product performance.
• Go-To-Market (GTM) Support: Work with the Revenue team to support GTM efforts, including sales enablement and product positioning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (Business, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or related discipline).
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related discipline).
• 5-7 years of experience in product management, preferably in a startup or tech-driven company.
• Experience managing software products, especially those involving data and analytics.
• Familiarity with agile product development and tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
• Strong understanding of user research, market analysis, and product lifecycle management.
• Prior experience working in Africa or emerging markets is a plus.

Compensation

For U.S.-based candidates, the salary range for this role is $98,000 - $110,000. For candidates based in other geographies, a geographic differential will be applied to ensure market alignment.
