Tendit Group is shaking up the exterior facility services industry—and we want YOU on our landscaping crew! Whether you’ve got green thumbs or just a great attitude, we’ll train you to turn outdoor spaces into something amazing.

What You’ll Do:

• Mow, edge, trim, weed, and plant like a pro
• Maintain trees, shrubs, and flower beds
• Help install and repair irrigation systems
• Operate mowers, blowers, trimmers & other fun gear
• Keep job sites clean, tidy, and safe
• Drive crew trucks (valid license + clean MVR required)
• Be a team player and bring that positive energy every day

What You Bring:

• 18+ years old and ready to roll
• Valid driver’s license + clean driving record plus 3 years of driving experience
• Can lift, bend, and hustle in all weather
• Landscaping experience? Awesome—but not required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!
• A solid work ethic and a “let’s do this” attitude
