About the Role

We are looking for Irrigation Technicians who have integrity, are dependable, courteous, and exude excellence to ensure superior customer service for our property managers, special districts, businesses, and homeowners’ associations.

What You Will Do: 

• Install, monitor, repair, replace, and troubleshoot manual, semi-automatic, and automatic irrigation systems.
• Install, monitor, repair, replace, and troubleshoot clocks, timers, and control boxes with seasonally appropriate watering schedules.
• Install, monitor, repair, replace, and troubleshoot wire-tracing.
• Install, monitor, repair, replace, and troubleshoot backflow systems.
• Install, monitor, repair, replace, and troubleshoot drainage system.
• Install, monitor, repair, replace, and troubleshoot system checks.
• Install, monitor, repair, replace, and troubleshoot main lines.
• Monitor, repair, replace, and troubleshoot well pumps.
• Accurately bid repairs and track repair costs.

What You Will Need:

• HOA, commercial, and industrial irrigation experience.
• Experience with clocks, timers, and control boxes.
• Experience with well pumps.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid Arizona driver’s license with an unblemished three-year motor vehicle record. 
• Positive attitude and work ethic, dependable and reliable.
• Able to work independently.
• English and Spanish fluency is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift at least 20 pounds.
• Ability to stand, stoop, bend, and kneel for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to operate machinery.
• Ability to work outdoors in a wide variety of weather conditions.
• Ability to work overtime and on-call as needed.

Compensation for this position is $25.00 - $30.00 hourly, depending on experience.
