About the Role 

The Class B Sweeper Driver with Air Brake Endorsement is responsible for operating a street sweeper and related equipment to clean parking lots, roadways, and commercial properties. This role includes routine vehicle inspections, safe driving practices, and ensuring work is completed to the highest quality standards. Seasonal snow removal duties may be required.

What You Will Do: 

• Operate a Class B sweeper truck with air brakes to and from assigned work sites.
• Perform sweeping and debris removal on parking lots, roadways, and other designated areas.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles and equipment; report maintenance needs promptly.
• Follow daily work orders, ensuring tools, equipment, and materials are loaded and ready before departure.
• Assess job sites, develop a plan of action, and communicate clearly with supervisors, team members, and customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of company equipment.
• Complete required paperwork and submit it to the office after each shift.
• Assist with basic maintenance or minor repairs as needed.
• Respectfully coordinate with customers, supervisors, and other team members.
• Perform snow removal duties during winter season as assigned.

What You Will Need

• Current and valid Class B CDL with Air Brake Endorsement.
• Three or more years of safe driving experience.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Excellent attendance and reliability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing schedules based on weather.
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying conditions.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
• Team player with a positive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement.

Compensation for this position is $24.00 - $30.00 hourly, depending on experience.
