About the Role

 

The Crew Lead Landscape Enhancements will manage and oversee the field staff's performance for installing landscaping enhancement projects.  The position will plan and organize projects to ensure completion, keep their teams positive, and build team morale.  This position must have strong time management, people management, and customer relationship-building skills.  The Project Manager / Enhancement Manager will need a strong sense of integrity, dependability, and courtesy.   

 

What You Will Do: 

  • Managing all activities involving landscape enhancement services, including coordinating material, people, equipment, and subcontractors. 
  • Ensure that job site quality and appearance meet client and company standards. 
  • Work with clients to gather an understanding of the best way for us to serve them. 
  • Issue verbal and written warnings for violations of company policies and procedures, including safety. 
  • Additional Duties as assigned. 

 

What You Will Need: 

  • A current & valid driver’s license with three years of driving experience is required.
  • Project management experience
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure with unexpected occurrences and delays. 
  • Attention to detail. 
  • Excellent attendance and reliability. 
  • Available for Flexible scheduling. Our work schedules and start times vary with the weather.  
  • Fluent English and Spanish speaking ability. 
  • A willingness to come to work every day and find ways to improve from the previous day. 

 

Physical Requirements: 

  • Must be able to sit, stand, kneel, crouch, and walk for extended periods. 
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds occasionally. 
  • Ability to climb ladders and work off the ground. 
  • Will require driving between company locations.

Compensation for this position is $25.00 - $30.00 hourly, depending on experience,
