About the role

The Community Liaison / Business Development professional builds ethical referral relationships and communicates the agency’s services to healthcare partners across the Las Vegas area.

What you will do

Develop relationships with hospitals, physicians, facilities, and community partners. Conduct professional outreach, track referral activity, coordinate with intake and clinical teams, and support responsible census growth while following Medicare, HIPAA, anti-kickback, and agency requirements.

Qualifications

Professional communication and relationship-building skills are required. Home health, healthcare, or referral development experience is preferred. Reliable transportation and the ability to travel locally are required. Celebrity Home Health, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
