About the Role
We’re looking for a Feasibility Specialist to support the Business Development and Study Startup teams by delivering data-driven feasibility assessments for clinical trial opportunities. In this role, you’ll gather, analyze, and present site capabilities, patient population data, and historical performance metrics to ensure accurate, high-quality, and competitive feasibility submissions. Your insights will directly contribute to strategic site selection, enrollment success, and overall study outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct detailed feasibility assessments for new clinical trial opportunities, evaluating site capabilities, patient populations, historical performance, and competing trials.
- Complete and submit pre-feasibility and feasibility questionnaires (FQs), RFIs, and sponsor documents accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with site staff, investigators, and recruitment teams to validate enrollment projections and operational readiness.
- Collect and consolidate responses from internal sites to support strategic site selection.
- Track the status of feasibility submissions, following up to ensure timely internal alignment and award notifications.
- Ensure pre-site selection visits (PSVs) are scheduled, documented, and communicated appropriately.
- Monitor awarded studies to confirm feasibility-to-award conversion and support post-award documentation and metrics tracking.
- Maintain up-to-date feasibility data in Salesforce, including assumptions, communication logs, and site insights.
- Support preparation of feasibility summaries, proposal materials, and bid defense content for sponsors and CROs.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of feasibility tools, processes, and data repositories.
- Stay informed on therapeutic area trends, industry benchmarks, epidemiology data, and best practices in enrollment forecasting.
You Might Be a Great Fit If You:
- Have a high school diploma or GED (post-secondary degree preferred).
- Bring 2+ years of experience in clinical research operations, clinical trial feasibility, site selection, or patient recruitment within a CRO, SMO, or clinical research site network.
- Are experienced with CTMS, CRM systems, and other industry tools (e.g., Devana, Salesforce).
- Have 3–5+ years of business development experience within clinical research (preferred).
- Maintain an established network of sponsor, CRO, or pharma contacts.
- Understand therapeutic areas, study design, and protocol feasibility.
- Are highly analytical, organized, and able to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and external partners.
