Job Summary:
We are seeking a Full-Time remote California Litigation Staff Lawyer to assist in our Litigation 
department. Must know California Personal Injury Law and State nuances. Must be Bilingual (English - Spanish). 

Your day-to-day activities will vary, giving you plenty of opportunities to continue your career and grow!

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• Drafting Complaints and Initial Discovery
• 3+ years in California PERSONAL INJURY experience
• Forwarding Complaints to process servers and monitoring service of process
• Drafting Discovery Responses
• Calendaring and Noticing Depositions and Leaves of Absence
• Drafting and Filing Standard Motions and Motion Responses
• Calendaring litigation timelines
• Conducting status update calls with clients
• Client update calls
• Sending out and following up on non-party discovery requests
• Assist in trial preparation.

The ideal candidate will be an outgoing, energetic, self-starter with great customer service skills. They will also have significant knowledge and experience in California Personal Injury Law.
