What You'll Be Doing

Replace the responsibilities with:

• Identify, install, and configure hardware and software solutions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues by diagnosing and repairing hardware and software faults.
• Resolve network connectivity issues.
• Communicate with end users to identify root causes and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Replace or repair hardware components as needed.

• Create and maintain procedural and technical documentation.
• Manage multiple support requests simultaneously while maintaining service quality.

What You Have

• Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in technical support, desktop support, or a similar IT support role.
• Proficiency with Windows operating systems (required).
• Familiarity with Linux operating systems (preferred, not required).
• Experience with Mac OS.
• Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Microsoft, Linux, or Cisco certifications are advantageous.

What Will Make You Stand Out

Update to:

• Knowledge of networking protocols and technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience supporting mobile devices and MDM solutions.
• Understanding of security best practices, including firewalls, antivirus, and encryption.
• Experience with scripting languages to automate routine tasks.
• Experience using or supporting AI tools and technologies (preferred, not required).
• Ability to create clear and concise technical documentation.
