About This Role

Climate Power En Acción is seeking a highly organized, strategic, and culturally attuned Manager to lead our digital engagement strategies. This role serves as a vital bridge between the organization’s mission and the Latino creator community, driving impact at the intersection of culture and climate action.

The Manager will focus on the development and implementation of En Acción broader digital communications and social media strategy. Balancing high-level vision with day-to-day deployment, the Manager drives our Latino creator program—owning long-term influencer relationships and leading the execution of high-impact digital creator campaigns. Additionally, the Manager oversees the planning and execution of all panels, trainings, conferences, and flagship events that directly intersect with our creator and digital portfolio. This position requires a proactive, independent leader who can navigate a fast-moving campaign environment while elevating Latino voices within the climate movement.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Drive the overarching development, near-term planning, and daily implementation of En Acción’s Bilingual digital communications and social media strategy. Turn strategic vision into actionable digital products, content, and cross-platform campaigns.
  • Build En Acción's social media strategy by coordinating with an external digital consultant on content development, platform management, and performance optimization across social channels.
  • Manage En Acción’s content creator program. Identify, vet, and recruit Latino content creators; serve as primary relationship manager for ongoing digital engagement work; manage full partnership lifecycle from outreach (briefings, timeline coordination) through contract execution, budget tracking, and performance reporting in collaboration with Operations and Digital team.
  • Partner with digital agencies to coordinate En Accion’s creator content development and distribution.
  • Adapt Climate Power research and messaging into accessible Spanish and English briefing materials and creative assets for Latino creators, social media assets, and digital campaigns.
  • Responsible for communication with En Accion’s digital and social partner network and managing ongoing engagement through strategy calls, briefings, and networks.
  • Serve as the project lead for all events, panels, and conferences directly tied to En Acción’s creator network and digital portfolio.
  • Provide communications support during rapid response moments as needed.

Additional responsibilities may be assigned as need and capacity dictates.

Essential Qualifications

  • 5 years of relevant prior work experience in partnerships, digital communications, or social media strategy.
  • Ability to build relationships with content creators, media outlets, digital partners, and influencer networks across interest areas and platforms to move hearts and minds in the fight against climate change; a positive team player with a passion for progressive change.
  • Experience writing and editing scripts in English and Spanish for video, audio, or digital content, with the ability to adapt messaging for different platforms and audiences.
  • Experience in identifying key audiences for specific campaigns.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects moving at different speeds in a fast-moving environment, solving complex problems in an innovative, effective, and timely manner, often across different teams.
  • Ability to communicate complicated ideas in simple terms; excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with an eagle eye for typos and errors.
  • Must be bilingual and fluent in Spanish, both written and verbal.

Desired Qualifications

  • Familiarity with social media and digital performance metrics and analytics across platforms and an interest in learning more.
  • Ability and interest in occasional travel for events or in-person staff gatherings.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite, including Docs and Sheets, is strongly preferred.

If you do not meet all of the requirements and believe you are a good fit, we encourage you to apply, but be sure to uplift all experience that aligns with both our essential and desired qualifications.
