Candidates must hold all relevant and current certifications required for the role.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead the Pre-Installation scope for paint and fibre repairs on all components.
- Lead and motivate the Paint & Fibre technician team.
- Ensure paint and fibre damages are repaired and documented according to requirements
- Supervise that all work is done according to safety and quality standards.
- Ensure that all new safety and Pre- Installation notifications are communicated to Paint and Fibre teams/Technicians
- Responsible for the performance and safety of the Paint and Fibre team.
- Ensure newest revisions of work instructions are being used.
- Knowing, supporting and optimising of processes.
- Update and report progress and other data in IT-systems and to site management.
- Coordinate and interface with other Pre-Installation supervisors and teams.
- Identify, register and manage deviations using the relevant tools, methods, processes and procedures e.g. NCR’s and Safety issues.
- Track and record all relevant planned and unplanned work tasks
- Time registration for own and employees and contractors under your supervision
Tasks will include:
- Evaluation and supervision of repair work of paint and fibre damages.
- When relevant, submit detailed documentation of the damages to Technical Support, in order to identify the correct and optimal solution.
- Ensure that all work is executed in accordance with relevant standards and work instructions.
- Ensure that repair work is documented according to requirements and uploaded in CIR (Customer Incident Report)
- Help with creation and ordering of tools and materials.
- Consumption of materials.
- Traceability of calibrated tools.
- Planning daily works DPTB (Daily Pre-Task Brief) and De-brief.
