What You'll Do

  • Work closely with our customers to understand how they work, their challenges, and translate their requirements into value statements that customers can easily understand
  • Ask open ended-questions to uncover hidden value through the use of Corva that customers may not readily understand
  • Create best in class demos that are meaningful for customers and map to the key customer value propositions (this will be different for every customer)
  • Create successful plans of action to win trials
  • Develop and maintain timelines and customer trials
  • Capture notes and feedback from critical meetings, discussions, and Intercom conversations and add them into Corva's CRM
  • Facilitate training workshops with customer team(s) and individuals.
  • Contribute to case studies, app manuals, or training material
  • Use analytics to understand how Corva's customers are using the platform and identify opportunities to improve their experience
  • Track and solve all problems that the customer is having with the software
  • Ensure smooth handover to Operations and Customer Success Managers
  • Be flexible on hours for meetings with potential customers and current clients
  • Travel required

Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong Drilling and/or Completions Knowledge
  • Management Experience
  • MWD Experience
  • Real-time data analytics
  • Strong technical and customer service skills
  • Ability to work well with teams effectively
  • Thorough knowledge of navigating modern web sites
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional presentation skills
  • Analytical thinking skills
  • Ability to train others in an interactive environment
  • 5+ years experience in oil and gas
  • 5+ years experience in sales
  • Competencies in petroleum engineering principles
  • Leadership skills
  • Four-year technical degree
  • Demonstrates excellent time management skills
  • Ability to travel 40%+
Recommended Qualifications
  • Experience using Corva
  • Previous experience in technical sales and training
  • Previous operator and/or service company experience
  • Previous experience in drilling or completions engineering and operations
  • Understanding of benchmarking KPIs and continuous improvement principles
