What you'll do
As a product designer, you will work with the Corva team of skilled designers and software engineers. Your key responsibilities will be the following:
Work as a Design Generalist in a Scrum or Service Team: Conceptualize, Research, Design, Test, Validate, and Dev-Support product design solutions from the idea to final implementation
Create and implement design solutions on the Corva Platform, Dev Center, Corva Applications, Ask Corva Al
Participate in Design Team Life, Contribute to Design System, and advocate Corva Design Culture
Collaborate closely with Design Leadership, Customer Success, Dev Team, QA, and Product Management
Design Interfaces and Data visualizations, improve existing applications and user flows, create POCs and concept designs, contribute to Corva Design System
Participate and facilitate Team workshops, brainstorming the future of Corva Product
Grow as a UX designer with a strong Product mindset.
Our ideal candidate
You are a Middle UX/UI designer with a passion for shaping the future of Product Design and User Experience
You are confident in delivering strong interface and interaction design solutions, improving usability, and conducting UX research activities in the highly collaborative environment of the Corva Design Team
- You are familiar with best practices for data visualization and complex application design
- You work as a UX or Product Designer for at least 3 years, continuously learning and striving for quality
- You are familiar with the best design processes and practices and can apply your skills freely in a dynamic team
- You have a visually strong portfolio (please, attach it to your CV) that shows catchy and bold design cases, usability problems successfully solved, application or service designs, and user flows. It would be great if you included how you applied UX methods to your work, and see deliverables after user research or usability testing that you conducted
- You design native applications, familiar with IOS/Android Guidelines and responsive design practices, and show an understanding of web/mobile/desktop design difference
- We love Figma and expect that you too
- You follow visual conventions and start with a design system showing your system thinking, striving for quality and simplifying complexity
- You can present your work by interactive prototypes or presentations, and effectively work with feedback.
