About MYRIAD

MYRIAD is an on-chain prediction market platform built by DASTAN, the parent company of Decrypt Media, Rug Radio, Lucky Trader, Degenz.It integrates seamlessly into social networks, publishers, and platforms, letting users participate in prediction markets directly in their favorite spaces.

DASTAN is hiring a Prediction Markets Specialist to join the MYRIAD Market Strategy team. Reporting to the Head of Market Strategy, you will work closely with members of all DASTAN teams and companies to support the growth and success of MYRIAD’s prediction market catalogue.

You will contribute for the entire lifecycle of prediction markets, from sourcing and creation to resolution and performance measurement. You will provide inputs guide the development, automation and growth of the catalogue, in existing and new categories.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of professional experience working in distributed environments, preferably in growth-stage startups, is fluent in English, and has great attention to detail. Experience with the blockchain industry and a strong interest in prediction markets are desirable. The preferred timezone is around Eastern Time (UTC -5), geographical location is secondary.

Direct experience with prediction markets is a big plus. However, the professional experience and background don’t matter that much, since this is a new type of role in the industry. The person who we will end up hiring will demonstrate a curious mind that enjoys investigative, financial and creative challenges and the ability to write precisely.

Responsibilities:

• Research and source potential prediction market opportunities across diverse categories

• Create and manage the lifecycle of each prediction market, from launch to resolution

• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure accurate and transparent market operations

• Monitor market activity to provide insights and recommendations for market improvements

• Stay informed on the latest blockchain trends and integrate relevant solutions into market strategies

• Ensure compliance with budgeting guidelines and financial targets

Requirements:

• Strong interest in blockchain technology and decentralized finance

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken

• Meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of market setup and management

• Comfortable with budgeting, forecasting, and financial oversight

• Effective communicator and collaborator

• Ability to work autonomously and troubleshoot challenges in a fast-paced environment
