We are seeking a skilled and motivated Carpentry Framer to join our team, working on residential home construction projects. This role offers a unique opportunity to expand your career into the growing solar industry, with training provided to become a Solar Installer

What We’re Looking For:

Responsibilities

• Perform framing work for residential construction projects, including walls, floors, and roofs
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
• Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials accurately
• Ensure all work meets building codes and safety standards
• Collaborate with team members and site supervisors to complete projects efficiently
• Assist with solar panel installation once training is completed
• Learn to work safely on rooftops and with solar equipment
• Develop skills in a fast-growing renewable energy field

Qualifications

• Experience in residential framing or general carpentry preferred
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor environments
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic
• Willingness to learn and grow into a solar installation role
• Valid driver’s license
