Talent Acquisition Partner

In this role, you will lead Emerald’s talent acquisition function, driving hiring strategies that attract exceptional talent across our events, media, sales, and corporate teams. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, you will partner with hiring managers across the business and remain hands-on in recruiting execution.

We are looking for a strong recruiter with demonstrated success hiring sales and revenue-generating talent. You will lead recruiting delivery, build strong talent pipelines, use data to improve hiring outcomes, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

This is an exciting opportunity for a high-performing recruiter who is ready to take on broader ownership and help shape how Emerald attracts and hires talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for key positions while overseeing recruiting delivery across the broader organization.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies to attract high-performing talent, with a strong focus on sales and revenue-generating roles.
  • Manage requisition prioritization, pipeline health, hiring timelines, and offer strategy.
  • Drive consistency and efficiency across the hiring process while maintaining a strong candidate experience.
  • Use recruiting data and analytics to identify trends, improve hiring outcomes, and measure recruiting performance.
  • Continuously optimize recruiting workflows, ATS utilization, and reporting capabilities.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and leaders throughout the hiring process.
  • Train and support hiring managers on structured interviewing, candidate assessment, and recruiting best practices.
  • Partner with People & Culture and Marketing to support employer branding and talent marketing initiatives.
  • Lead recruiting projects and process improvements that increase efficiency and scalability.
  • Ensure hiring practices are compliant, equitable, and aligned with Emerald’s commitment to inclusion and belonging.

Qualifications

Required

  • 4 + years of recruiting experience.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting sales and revenue-generating talent.
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruiting and a high volume of open positions.
  • Strong sourcing skills and experience building candidate pipelines in competitive talent markets.
  • A data-driven approach with experience using recruiting metrics to measure and improve results.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Experience with ATS platforms and recruiting technology.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple hiring priorities.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Target Compensation: $90,000-115,000

Compensation will vary based on experience, qualifications, and work location. The higher end of the range is intended for candidates based in the New York City area who will work from our New York office three days per week.


Please note that this range reflects a reasonable estimate of the target compensation for this position. This range may ultimately vary based on a candidate’s qualifications and may be higher where required by applicable law.
