About the role

We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager to oversee and lead development of our core invoicing capabilities i.e. Invoicing across all product lines and all to support across different markets.

What you'll do

• Support the Invoicing (FIP) team to build out core billing capabilities
• Oversee and lead the roadmap for a key segment and market
• Support investigation & analysis on our existing calculation groups, calculation logic in relation to meter data & propositions and how it impacts finance systems & reporting
• To support billing operations & work with stakeholders on necessary remediations
• To work closely with other teams to ensure unification for common capabilities across the invoice platform
• Work closely with cross functional teams, while understanding upstream and downstream dependencies to ensure capability is shipped and value is realised
• Support the billing portfolio for segment expansion in existing markets & also scalability into new markets

• Lead invoicing discovery, intake, planning, estimation, delivery milestones to drive value of reducing cost to serve

Our investments in technology are key to our success. Regular engagement with Sales, Customer Operations and Market Operations will be key to ensuring the business can operate efficiently, and we are able to capture and capitalise on customer feedback to help grow the business.

Note that this role will require some time management to ensure teams working across Australia and Singapore are aligned and focused on the right things.

You will be a good candidate if you:

• Be hands on to identify problems and solve them in a structured manner - including defining and understanding the problem space, analysing requirements and translating them into functional and technical solutions.
• Ability to be autonomous enough to set clear priorities/roadmaps taking into account customer needs, market conditions, future trends and business direction- To lead & influence the outcome in collaboration with business stakeholders/ owners and be a trusted business solution partner
• Strong in understanding data, impact and use it to guide decision making, prioritisation , quantify value and measure value as an outcome . Basic data SQL query skills is favoured
• Have good communication skills i.e. both verbal and written and collaboration skills fostering effective cross-team collaboration across business stakeholders, design, product and engineering teams to achieve our goals
• Possess a strong learning agility, growth mindset and able to deal with ambiguity

Any of these will help you get up and running faster:

• Experience in building automation processes in finance or billing domains 
• Bringing order to chaos via product thinking and prioritisation is your superpower
• You have previous experience building products/features in energy retail sector
• You have managed product/s supporting multiple markets
