About the role
At Fresh Clinics, our Account Managers are the heartbeat of our member community. You aren’t just a point of contact; you are the "glue" that connects our members to their own success. You are the ultimate cheerleader, the industry connector, and the business partner our clinics rely on to help them grow.
We view our community as an extended family. In this role, you won't be sitting behind a desk; you’ll be on the ground in WA or QLD, being the face of Fresh at conferences, hosting events, and grabbing coffees with clinic owners/nurses. Your mission is to celebrate their wins, unblock their challenges, and ensure they feel like they have a literal "partner in crime" as they navigate the aesthetics industry.
Because you are so deeply embedded in your territory, you own the "pulse" of your members. You recognise the early signs of disengagement and step in to support them before they drift; you know who your high-growth superstars are, who is just starting out part-time, and who is ready to scale. You understand that by being across these details and showing up with genuine care, organic portfolio growth becomes the natural result of your dedication. You bring the energy, the industry knowledge, and the passion to see others succeed.
What you'll do
The Ultimate Member Hype Person
- Celebratory Growth: Be the first person to congratulate a member on a milestone, such as a new clinic opening or a new nurse hire. You are there to showcase their success to the wider community.
- Community Architect: Create and roll out initiatives that bring people together—think virtual office hours, regional coffee catch-ups, and legendary member events.
- The "Fresh" Encyclopedia: Act as the bridge between our members and our ecosystem. Whether it’s connecting them to our training team, chatting through compliance, or pointing them toward a helpful webinar, you make sure they have the right tools at their fingertips.
Business Partnership & Support
- The Problem Solver: Use your industry experience to "see around corners." You’ll help members identify blockers they didn't even know they had and direct them toward Fresh solutions (suppliers, training, and services) that make their lives easier.
- Strategic Territory Growth: You aren’t just managing a list; you’re building a community. You’ll grow your territory (WA, QLD & TAS) by being someone members want to talk to, ensuring Fresh Clinics remains their favorite part of the week.
- Genuine Advocacy: Ensure our members feel heard and supported. You are their internal advocate, ensuring their feedback helps shape how we support the industry.
Activity & Engagement
- Visible Leadership: Be in the spotlight. Whether it’s on a stage at a conference or in a clinic staff room, you thrive on being the person people get excited to see.
- Purposeful Connection: While we love a coffee catch-up, you understand that consistent activity and genuine check-ins are what drive long-term loyalty and growth. You are comfortable working toward KPIs that reflect a healthy, engaged, and growing territory.

You are a high-energy, genuine human who gets a "buzz" from helping others win. You likely know the world of aesthetics inside out—perhaps you’ve been a nurse who started your own clinic, or an Area Manager who has lived the "clinic life" and knows exactly where the pain points are.
- The Industry "Glue": You love bringing people together. You are the person everyone knows at the trade show, and you have a natural ability to build rapport instantly.
- Aesthetics Fluent: You speak the language. You understand the nuances of the industry and can relate to clinic owners because you’ve stood in their shoes.
- The Relatable Expert: You don’t need to be a "business advisor," but you understand how a clinic runs. You can spot where a clinic needs help and can educate them on how to unblock their growth in a way that feels supportive, not lecturing.
- Initiative Taker: You don't wait for a manual. You love coming up with creative ways to engage your members and have the drive to see those ideas through to completion.
- Comfortable with Goals: You understand that "commercial" isn't a dirty word. You are comfortable with targets because you know that hitting them means more clinics are being supported by the Fresh ecosystem.
Compensation & Success
- Strategic Incentive Plan (SIP): This role features a competitive base salary plus a structured variable compensation package. Your SIP is directly tied to activity-based performance metrics and commercial outcomes (retention, revenue growth, and product adoption).
- Location: Candidates must be based in Western Australia (WA) or Queensland (QLD). This is not a remote-first role; it requires a consistent interaction with your members and a physical presence within your territory.
