Summary

The SQL Developer is a Junior Level SQL Developer / QA Engineer to support both database development and quality assurance efforts. In this role, you will use a pre-developed Claude project which will help you write and optimize SQL queries, assist with database design, and ensure data accuracy through testing and validation. You will troubleshoot issues while maintaining high standards of data integrity. This position is ideal for someone with entry-level SQL skills who is eager to grow their technical expertise and understanding of SalesForce infrastructure while contributing to both development and QA initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries and stored procedures to support application and reporting needs.
• Perform data validation and quality assurance testing across systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Collaborate with software engineers, CSMs, and QA team members to resolve issues and improve system performance.
• Document processes, queries, and test results to support knowledge sharing and compliance.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Excellent math, analytical and Logic skills.
• Proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or equivalent). Desire and ability to quickly learn using LLM an acceptable substitution.
• Familiarity with database structures, stored procedures, functions, and indexes.
• Ability to complete tasks and troubleshoot using LLMs.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in SQL development, database management, or QA engineering (internships and project experience considered)
• Bachelor  Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
