About the role


We're seeking a strategic Sales Executive to spearhead the growth of our groundbreaking AI-powered audiobook production division. This is a sales role with an opportunity to shape an emerging market and define the future of audiobook production.


What you'll do

  • Pioneer the adoption of AI audiobook technology among major publishers
  • Build and own relationships with industry decision-makers
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for both direct sales and reseller partnerships
  • Drive the expansion of a new product category in a $1.6B+ market
  • Shape product strategy through direct publisher feedback
  • Target and close deals with publishers producing 200+ books annually

Your Toolkit for Success

  • Deep understanding of audiobook production economics and publisher pain points
  • Experience selling innovative solutions to book publishers or self-published authors
  • Strategic account management skills with proven ability to close six-figure deals
  • Track record of exceeding targets in complex, long-cycle B2B sales
  • Natural ability to build trust with C-level publishing executives

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in B2B sales, preferably in publishing, media, or technology
  • Demonstrated success in market development or new product introduction
  • Strong grasp of audiobook industry trends and publisher economics
  • Experience with both traditional publishers and self-publishing platforms
  • History of building and maintaining long-term strategic partnerships
