Home of the GAA, Croke Park Stadium is Ireland’s foremost sporting and entertainment venue. Over 1,500,000 visitors are welcomed annually to national and international events and the Croke Park campus also features Croke Park Meetings & Events and GAA Museum & Tours.
We are now accepting applications for Croke Park Events and Operations Executive reporting to the Stadium Operations department to play a key role continued growth and development of stadium operations.
Responsibilities:
· Support the Event Controller and Stadium Safety Officer on event days.
· Fulfil the role of Match Day Event Control Liaison as required.
· Assist the Stadium Safety Officer with Health & Safety audits and inspections.
· Coordinate event-day staffing, accreditation, briefings and match-day parking allocations.
· Provide administrative support to the Head of Stadium Operations, Event Controller and Stadium Safety Officer.
· Coordinate stadium accessibility policies, procedures and related initiatives.
· Manage Croke Park Go Games, Activity Days and pitch-side activations.
· Assist with budget management and financial control.
· Assist with event-day documentation, including contingency plans, risk assessments, Event Control checklists and operating procedures.
· Assist with contractor management, including Health & Safety, insurance, sustainability and compliance with stadium house rules.
· Assist with stadium projects and operational initiatives as required.
· Collect, compile and evaluate event related data
· Attend event days, including evenings and weekends, as required.
· Undertake other duties and participate in ad hoc projects as requested by the Head of Stadium Operations & Events.
