The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable (A/R) Analyst to join our finance team. This is a critical role responsible for overseeing all aspects of the AP/AR functions, ensuring the financial integrity of our vendor relationships and customer billing cycles.

If you are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a deep understanding of the full accounting lifecycle—from invoice processing to final reconciliation—this is the role for you. We are looking for an expert who can navigate complex financial landscapes and ensure our reporting remains a high-functioning asset for GRC leadership.

Responsibilities

Accounts Receivable & Revenue Management

• Billing Excellence: Prepare and distribute accurate customer invoices in a timely manner.
• Reporting: Generate and present weekly Billing and A/R aging reports to the finance leadership team.
• Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of A/R accounts to ensure ledger accuracy.
• Collections & Relationship Management: Manage customer communications regarding approvals and disputes; proactively follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely payment.

Accounts Payable Support

• Invoice Integrity: Review and verify incoming invoices for accuracy and strict compliance with company policies.
• Workflow Management: Ensure the seamless and timely completion of invoice approval workflows.
• Inbox Management: Monitor the AP email alias, providing professional and prompt responses to vendor inquiries.

Required Qualifications 

• Experience: 7+ years of proven experience in accounts payable and/or accounts receivable roles.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) and Google Sheets.
• System Knowledge: Experience working within accounting software or ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar).
• Accounting Core: A solid understanding of GAAP and standard accounting procedures.
• Skills: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills; ability to communicate complex billing issues clearly to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Environment: Ability to work independently as a remote team member while remaining highly collaborative.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience within the construction or telecommunications industry.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with a proven track record of meeting tight deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a remote or hybrid team.

Additional Information

Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 + 10% Bonus

Schedule: Day Shift: Monday - Friday

Travel Requirements: Remote (Must be willing to travel 5-10%)
