Overview

Go Fish is seeking a Sr. Coordinator, Integrated Media to support the planning, activation, optimization, and reporting of integrated media campaigns across a portfolio of clients.

In this role, you’ll build on a strong foundation in media execution while taking greater ownership of campaign management, performance monitoring, and client deliverables. You’ll work across digital and traditional media channels, applying audience insights, platform knowledge, and performance data to help improve campaign outcomes.

You’ll be expected to operate with increasing independence, proactively identify issues and opportunities, and serve as a reliable resource for Coordinators and other team members. This role is ideal for someone who has developed strong executional skills and is ready to take the next step toward broader account and strategy ownership.

What You’ll Do

Media Strategy & Planning

  • Develop a strong understanding of client business goals, target audiences, campaign objectives, and key performance indicators
  • Apply audience, industry, competitive, and platform research to support integrated media recommendations
  • Assist with the development of media plans, including channel recommendations, targeting approaches, budgets, timelines, and campaign details
  • Refine targeting and audience recommendations based on available research, client priorities, and campaign performance
  • Build and maintain media flowcharts, budget documents, planning materials, and client presentations
  • Support the development of tactical recommendations across paid search, paid social, programmatic, video, streaming, direct media, and other applicable channels
  • Begin connecting individual channel tactics to the broader customer journey and integrated media strategy
  • Identify missing information, planning considerations, or potential risks and proactively raise them with the account team

Activation & Execution

  • Independently manage assigned campaign setup, trafficking, launch, and maintenance responsibilities
  • Execute campaigns accurately across applicable media platforms and channels
  • Apply established processes, naming conventions, tracking requirements, and platform best practices consistently
  • Improve execution accuracy and consistency by identifying gaps and recommending process improvements
  • Complete thorough quality assurance reviews before launch and following significant campaign changes
  • Coordinate creative assets, trafficking instructions, tracking requirements, platform specifications, and launch timelines
  • Maintain accurate campaign settings, budgets, documentation, and supporting account materials
  • Monitor delivery and pacing and make approved adjustments to keep campaigns aligned with planned budgets and timelines
  • Troubleshoot routine campaign issues and escalate more complex risks with clear context and recommended next steps
  • Support direct media buys and vendor coordination, where applicable

Optimization & Performance

  • Monitor campaign performance against established goals, benchmarks, and key performance indicators
  • Identify performance trends, delivery issues, and optimization opportunities across assigned campaigns
  • Complete routine optimizations independently and more advanced optimizations with guidance
  • Recommend adjustments to budgets, bids, audiences, placements, creative, frequency, and other campaign variables
  • Apply platform and audience insights to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness
  • Support structured testing plans, including audience, creative, placement, bidding, and platform tests
  • Document optimizations, hypotheses, campaign changes, and resulting performance impact
  • Flag performance concerns early and provide relevant data and context to support decision-making
  • Begin developing evidence-based recommendations rather than only reporting what happened

Measurement & Analysis

  • Pull, organize, and validate campaign data for recurring and ad hoc reporting
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms, pacing documents, dashboards, and client-facing reports
  • Analyze campaign performance and identify clear trends, insights, and areas of opportunity
  • Contribute written performance narratives that explain what happened, why it happened, and what the team recommends next
  • Connect campaign metrics to defined media goals and client business objectives
  • Maintain reporting dashboards, optimization logs, budget trackers, and campaign documentation
  • Support test measurement and post-campaign analysis
  • Identify potential data discrepancies and work with internal teams to investigate and resolve them
  • Develop familiarity with attribution, incrementality, and other measurement approaches used by the agency

Client & Business Impact

  • Build a working understanding of client businesses, audiences, industries, competitive environments, and growth priorities
  • Support day-to-day client communication related to campaign status, performance, and deliverables
  • Prepare client meeting materials, performance reports, presentations, agendas, and follow-up documentation
  • Participate actively in client meetings and present assigned campaign updates or performance findings
  • Respond to routine client and internal questions with accurate information and appropriate context
  • Communicate risks, delays, or performance concerns proactively
  • Demonstrate an understanding of how media recommendations support broader marketing and business goals
  • Maintain professionalism, responsiveness, and accuracy across all client-facing work

Integrated Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Integrated Media, Client Strategy, creative, analytics, organic, and other agency teams
  • Coordinate campaign needs, creative requirements, tracking details, deadlines, and deliverables across internal stakeholders
  • Support integrated planning and execution across paid search, paid social, programmatic, video, streaming, direct media, and other channels
  • Share relevant campaign performance insights with channel and account team members
  • Help ensure that messaging, audience strategy, creative, landing-page experience, and measurement are aligned
  • Participate in internal planning, status, reporting, and performance discussions
  • Proactively communicate dependencies or issues that could affect campaign timelines or outcomes
  • Contribute to organized and consistent account workflows

Team Support & Development

  • Serve as a resource for Coordinators by answering routine questions and sharing established processes and best practices
  • Support the onboarding and development of junior team members
  • Review Coordinator work when assigned and provide clear, constructive feedback
  • Model strong organization, accountability, attention to detail, and communication
  • Share platform updates, useful resources, and campaign learnings with the broader team
  • Take ownership of assigned workstreams and follow them through to completion
  • Ask for feedback and demonstrate continued growth in strategic thinking, communication, and account ownership

Platforms, Innovation & Industry Learning

  • Build proficiency across the media platforms, tools, and systems required for assigned accounts
  • Apply platform features, audience capabilities, and best practices to day-to-day campaign work
  • Stay informed on industry trends, platform changes, privacy developments, automation, AI, and emerging media opportunities
  • Test and apply new platform features when appropriate and approved
  • Participate in agency training, certifications, vendor education, and ongoing professional development
  • Share relevant platform updates and explain how they may affect current campaigns
  • Evaluate new capabilities with a focus on client goals, campaign performance, and operational feasibility
  • Continue developing expertise across multiple media channels while building deeper knowledge in assigned areas

What You Bring

  • 1–3 years of experience in media, marketing, advertising, analytics, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience supporting or managing paid media campaigns
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business, or a related field, or comparable professional experience
  • Working knowledge of integrated media planning, campaign activation, optimization, and reporting
  • Experience working with at least one major paid media platform, with an interest in developing broader cross-channel expertise
  • Strong attention to detail and a consistent record of producing accurate work
  • Ability to independently manage assigned tasks, timelines, and campaign responsibilities
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with campaign data, budgets, and performance metrics
  • Ability to identify trends and translate data into clear observations and recommendations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Bonus Qualifications

  • Agency experience supporting multiple clients or accounts
  • Experience across more than one media channel, such as paid search, paid social, programmatic, display, video, CTV, streaming audio, or direct media
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and/or demand-side platforms
  • Experience working with Google Analytics, campaign dashboards, attribution tools, or other measurement platforms
  • Experience with Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis
  • Familiarity with trafficking, pixels, conversion tracking, campaign tagging, and URL parameters
  • Experience coordinating with media vendors, publishers, or platform representatives
