We are currently open and developing first class gaming venues in Rochester, Hampton, and Littleton.


What You'll Expect

As the Executive Chef, you’ll lead all back-of-house kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food production, recipe consistency, and strict food safety standards. You’ll manage staff, control costs, and create an exceptional dining experience for guests.



What You'll Do

  • Hire, train, and manage kitchen staff to meet operational and quality standards
  • Oversee daily kitchen production and maintain recipe consistency
  • Monitor food quality, cleanliness, organization, and safety
  • Control food and labor costs through effective scheduling and ordering
  • Approve invoices, manage inventory, and implement new menus
  • Conduct training sessions, food demonstrations, and performance reviews
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to enhance menu creativity
  • Maintain strong communication with leadership and foster a positive team environment


What You'll Bring

  • Minimum 5 years’ kitchen supervisory experience in high-volume restaurants
  • High school diploma or equivalent; culinary certifications preferred
  • Current ServSafe Food Manager, Allergen, and Chokesaver certifications
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail


What We Require

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in environments with heat, noise, and secondhand smoke
  • Flexible schedule required, including nights, weekends, and holidays
