About the role

To support its strong growth, HawkCell is hiring a Preclinical Study Manager to operate the company’s preclinical activity. Your role will involve designing and operating MRI preclinical studies for preclinical/clinical CROs, Biotechs, MedTechs, Big Pharmas, and Startups. 

What you'll do

  • Designing preclinical studies using MRI with the Sponsors or CRO 
  • Preparing all documentation required by ethical committees and institutions, including ethical reports, project authorization requests (DAP), and study plans 
  • Ensuring the successful execution of preclinical studies using MRI, either onsite at HawkCell or at client locations when our mobile MRI service is utilized (organization and coordination of preclinical studies) 
  • Drafting quotations with the Sales Team 
  • Drafting imaging reports post-study and conducting follow-up activities thereafter 
  • Helping the Sales Team during pre-sales by providing scientific support to our clients and helping them understand the benefits of MRI imaging by HawkCell for their studies 
  • Ensuring the accurate transmission of general, scientific, regulatory, ethical, financial, and technical information 
  • Being proactive in solving internal and external issues 
  • Potential participation to scientific and preclinical congresses 
  • Participating in the writing of scientific articles 
What we are looking for
  • Master’s degree in Preclinical Research or a Pharmacy degree or a Master related to animal health
  • Experience as a Preclinical Study Manager for at least 1 year
  • Experience in managing several different client requests at the same time
  • Experience is recommending types of preclinical studies suitable for clients
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • You are resilient and enjoy tackling the challenges of complex scientific studies. 
  • You are rigorous and committed to quality work. 
  • You are driven by challenges and eager to grow within an ambitious team. 
  • You possess knowledge/skills in biology, medical imaging or medical devices.
