Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across departments including tech, operations, and commercial.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define sourcing strategies.
  • Drive proactive sourcing efforts through platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
  • Screen and assess candidates for culture fit and capability alignment with Hypervolt's mission.
  • Ensure a smooth and high-touch candidate experience from initial outreach to onboarding.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics to support decision-making and continuous improvement.

Skills & Requirements

  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally within tech, clean energy, or high-growth startups.
  • Strong sourcing skills with knowledge of Boolean search techniques and modern recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build trust with candidates and stakeholders alike.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders with strong prioritization and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Rippling) and hiring analytics.
  • Passionate about sustainability, innovation, and Hypervolt’s vision for electrifying the future.
