Key Responsibilities
Webflow Development: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of our web applications using Webflow. Create visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive websites that meet our business goals and client requirements.
Strong Coding Knowledge: Utilise your advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to enhance Webflow projects with custom code. Ensure all web applications are optimized for speed and scalability, while presenting an advanced user interface
Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Webflow projects. Apply your technical skills to quickly identify and rectify issues, ensuring smooth and efficient performance of web applications. Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when necessary.
Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers, back-end developers, and project managers to ensure seamless integration and delivery of web projects. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of development processes, code changes, and project updates in our development database. Ensure documentation is comprehensive and up-to-date for future reference and team use.
Product Knowledge: Stay current with Webflow’s latest features, updates, and industry trends. Continuously update your knowledge to leverage new functionalities and provide innovative solutions.
Customer Interaction: Occasionally interact with clients to understand their requirements and provide technical insights. Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality web solutions and addressing any feedback or concerns.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in front-end development with a strong focus on Webflow. Proven track record of creating and managing complex Webflow projects. Experience with coding (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is essential.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, supporting team members and sharing knowledge.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail. Ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions to complex issues. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Design Sensibility: A keen eye for design and detail, ensuring that all web projects are visually appealing and aligned with brand guidelines. Ability to translate design concepts into functional web applications effectively.
