About the role


As a Brand Lead, this role will focus on Digital Asset Management and/or Product Information Management services as an integral function in day-to-day martech operations. You will manage a team of Brand Stewards who provide dedicated support to Brand teams, develop and host user training sessions, and share industry best practices. You will add value at every level of client engagement, identifying key users or user groups for adoption and engagement, proactively supporting client needs through gap analysis and process innovation. You will be responsible for creating and refining reports to meet client business objectives and develop engaging relationships with key account individuals to promote system adoption across brands.


How You Will Make an Impact:


Client Management/Reporting:

  • Support Global Content Manager (GCM) with TAB-wide strategies, using reporting to analyse trends and recommend actions
  • Coach team and clients on how to best execute strategies and DAM best practices
  • Lead meetings with primary stakeholders for workstream or project (specialising in Brand/Agency relations)
  • Enhance user engagement by addressing improvement areas and presenting tailored solutions
  • Act as SME for TAB platform (DAM) by having a strong operational understanding of our services and as well as the platform’s capabilities
  • Ensure best practices are followed for the migration and management of assets and data including maintaining asset specifications
  • Identify pain points from various business units and escalate to account leadership on process improvement

Team Management:


  • Lead team/work stream meetings, identifying and addressing possible queries or escalating to account leadership when appropriate
  • Manage and report on team performance, workload and capacity
  • Up-skill and develop team members, identifying knowledge gaps and offering solutions

Collaboration

  • Bridge between internal, client, operations, and other stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Implementation Leads on platform/user trends
  • Lead knowledge-sharing sessions

“BIG PICTURE” RESPONSIBILITIES:


Ensure ICP operates on a solid foundation by building strong client relationships and supporting their objectives

Passionately manage and evolve your client’s maturity in the Digital Asset Management space

Build a strong understanding of clients’ business issues, industry, competitors, and brands

Build rapport and trust with others and all levels within ICP

Lead team members to generate new ideas and evolve and enhance existing programs

Lead team members to problem solve and consult with the account leadership as required

Develop a solid understanding of client campaign and production needs

Drive development of work at all stages to ensure that it meets and exceeds client expectations, identifying opportunities with your clients and for the business



What You'll Have:


3-5 years industry experience in media, digital asset management, librarian sciences or archives preferred but not required


3-5 years experience using a digital asset management system or other tech system such as a digital library, CMS, PIM, or CRM preferred but not required


For Internal Candidates:


For candidates that are over level 40, there would be the requirement to manage Business Development and expansion opportunities and actively encourage growth in other regions.


For candidates in level 30, they need consolidation of experience 2-4y in that role and provide specific examples of skillsets that meet the responsibilities.



INTERVIEW PROCESS:


If selected for interview, you will be asked to prepare a presentation on a pre-determined topic, and present for 5-10 minutes as part of the interview.
