Product Specialist - Family/Estates

The Role

We are looking for a driven and ambitious Product Specialist to deliver the InfoTrack Family/Estates product suite to both existing and new clients, overachieve on delivery sales targets, promote great client service and build long-term binding relationships.


We have built new digital experiences that use InfoTrack tools and workflows to manage compliance more efficiently and consistently – we need specialists the help sell, onboard and educate clients across the sector


About you

You are a motivated and adaptable sales professional with a strong client focus, consistently demonstrating the traits and behavioural styles that drive sales success. You excel at building trusting relationships and crafting service practices that meet client needs, using interpersonal skills to navigate complex situations with confidence. With a proactive mindset, you act as a trusted business advisor, understanding your client’s business and delivering solutions that add value. You thrive on achievement, take accountability for your work, and are comfortable managing responsibilities that demand focus and dedication. Flexible and mobile, you are willing to travel as needed to support clients and grow business opportunities.


Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new Family/Estates clients.
  • Increase sales velocity and client reach;
  • Meet and exceed KPIs and Top 5 Targets;
  • Scope and develop new growth opportunities with current and prospective clients;
  • Maximise and upsell the use of the workflows along with other InfoTrack products;
  • Provide clients with implementation plans, training and ongoing account management.
  • Being the Subject matter expert; provide resource for the sales team. Keep up to date on Industry changes and proactively educate as needed.


Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

  • A knowledge in Family/Estates Law and/or prior experience in Legal industry
  • A desire to develop your career and learn from and be mentored by experienced industry professionals.
  • Excellent presentation, phone manner and communication skills (must).
  • Exceptional grammar and writing skills (must).
  • Great team player, a passion and desire to make a difference.
  • Proactive initiative and ability to work autonomously.
  • Tertiary education.
  • Unrestricted Driver’s License
