The Role

Are you passionate about coffee and love keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? We’re looking for a dynamic individual to take the lead in our internal company café. This is a unique opportunity to combine your barista expertise in a fast-paced, engaging corporate environment.

About you

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet staff and visitors with a friendly smile
• Prepare coffee from start to finish
• Adjust and monitor coffee grind daily for the perfect brew
• Clean and maintain café equipment and ensure it’s working efficiently
• Take inventory and manage café supply orders
• Bulk coffee preparation for company events
• Maintain high standards of food safety and kitchen cleanliness
• Unpack catered lunches and tidy up afterwards

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

• Previous barista experience is essential
• Energetic, positive, and can-do attitude
• Excellent verbal communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
• Comfortable standing, walking, and bending for extended periods
• Reliable, trustworthy, and committed to delivering exceptional service
