The Role

In this role, you’ll play a key part in onboarding and consulting with clients, driving product adoption, and ensuring long-term satisfaction and loyalty. Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and close new family law opportunities in the Australian market, including site visits and outbound prospecting
  • Provide seamless onboarding and tailored training for new clients to ensure successful implementation and product adoption
  • Manage and grow existing client relationships through upselling, cross-selling, and proactive engagement
  • Monitor client usage and health to identify risks or opportunities, taking action to resolve concerns and increase retention
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, delivering timely and professional support across the customer lifecycle
  • Maintain detailed records and pipeline activity in CRM (Salesforce) and report on KPIs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Support teams to ensure client and business success
  • Travel regularly within NSW to meet clients, attend events, and conduct training and relationship-building sessions

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

  • 3+ years of proven success in business development, account management, or client success roles
  • Strong training and presentation skills with the ability to tailor content to various client profiles
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Salesforce CRM
  • Strong initiative, detail-oriented, and process-driven
  • Knowledge of Legal, Conveyancing, Insolvency, or Financial Services sectors is advantageous
  • Experience in SaaS, legal tech, or working with legal professionals is a plus
  • Driver’s license required
