Overview of the Role:

The Analyst III, Online Investigations is an experienced investigative professional with 2+ years’ experience delivering complex online investigations. You will operate with significant independence, lead analyst projects, and support strategy development for major clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead complex analysis of high-value or high-priority infringements or other matters of importance to IPH Client’s.
  • Lead and coordinate the monitoring and removal of infringing online listings, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficient resolution of cases.
  • Lead and coordinate online test purchases for suspected infringing goods, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
  • Develop processes, methodologies and strategies to address evolving infringement tactics.
  • Conduct advanced data analysis to identify networks, trends, and repeat infringers.
  • Manage multiple analytic projects from initiation to delivery.
  • Provide quality assurance on work product outputs from junior analysts.
  • Collaborate with client-facing teams to refine deliverables.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and training materials for the team.


What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) required
  • 2+ years’ experience in online investigations, digital intelligence analysis, or similar.
  • High proficiency with analytical or investigative tools
  • Understanding of common OSINT/SOCMINT methodologies and digital investigation tools.
  • Proven ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to advise and support junior colleagues.
  • Knowledge of relevant IP law and enforcement best practices (desirable).
  • Experience managing, or collaborating with, operations teams (desirable).
