About the job

As a Product Marketing Manager at Judge.me, you will contribute to our go-to-market strategies and growth initiatives, making product marketing a key lever to our success. Your role will be key to build and deliver best-in-class product education to drive awareness and adoption, across user personas.

About the team

You will be joining our marketing team at Judge.me. Our team works closely with product, developers, and customer support to identify growth opportunities and drive the success of our brand. Being a relatively new team, we are at an exciting stage of laying the groundwork for future expansion. This role offers a unique chance to be part of a foundational phase, where your contributions will directly influence our growth trajectory and marketing strategies. You will report to the Head of Marketing. 


Responsibilities

  • Positioning and messaging: Develop insights-backed product positioning and messaging for launch assets, marketing programs, web copy, presentations, and more.

  • Market research: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer journey mapping to support strategic decisions and understand customer challenges and pain points.

  • Go-to-market: help us refine our app go-to-market strategy to ensure customer insights and user behavior are reflected in messaging and touchpoints, improving funnel conversion rates. Contribute to defining and executing the new go-to-market strategy for agencies.

  • Sales enablement: Create sales enablement materials such as product decks, battle cards, and case studies to support the partnership team.

  • Knowledge base and product educationDevelop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base, and deliver best-in-class product education to drive user understanding and adoption.

Requirements 

  • Experienced: 6+ years of work experience as a Product Marketer, with at least 4 years in B2B SaaS

  • Excellent communicator: proficient in written, verbal, and visual communication for internal and customer-facing messaging.

  • Collaborative: Excited to work with cross-functional teams and engage with clients.

  • Strategic: Skilled at collaborating with marketing, product, and partnership teams to drive business goals.

  • Results-Driven: Always seeking new ways to improve user acquisition, product adoption and revenue.

  • Experienced in Shopify app/Ecommerce environment - preferable but not required.


You'll contribute and be measured against

  • Increased net installs and paid users.

  • Successful product launches.

  • New agency go-to-market: Contribute to Launching a new go-to-market strategy for agencies, helping sales build traction and supporting agencies in communicating Judge.me’s value to their customers.

  • Product marketing toolkit: Develop and maintain a comprehensive product marketing toolkit to facilitate collaboration across teams.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • £55,000 - £75,000 per annum based on experience

  • Hybrid Remote/Office working - 2 days in the office
