About the job

Are you passionate about growth marketing and eager to make a real impact in a fast-growing, product-led brand? We are looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager who understands the AARRR funnel inside and out and is excited about discovering untapped opportunities. Judge.me has been growing at double-digit rates, becoming the #1 Product Review app on Shopify. We are now ready to double down on our acquisition strategy and funnel experimentation, and optimize our conversion rate through a robust approach to testing.

About the team

You will be joining our marketing team at Judge.me. Our team works closely with product, developers, and customer support to identify growth opportunities and drive the success of our brand. Being a relatively new team, we are at an exciting stage of laying the groundwork for future expansion. This role offers a unique chance to be part of a foundational phase, where your contributions will directly influence our growth trajectory and marketing strategies. You will report to the Head of Marketing. 


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute growth strategies across the AARRR funnel (Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, Revenue).

  • Design, prioritize, and run experiments based on a data-driven understanding of user behavior.

  • Collaborate with product and development teams to implement and test new campaigns.

  • Continuously optimise our current growth channels (Shopify App, email marketing), while diversifying our media mix.

  • Adopt a test-and-scale approach, showing initial experiment success before doubling down on investment.

  • Track and report on key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives.

Requirements 

  • 6+ in growth marketing, with 4+ years in SaaS/PLG companies, running experiments.

  • Deep understanding of the AARRR funnel and comfortable working with large datasets to uncover growth opportunities.

  • An L-shaped growth marketer with deep experience in acquisition strategies, email marketing, and keyword research.

  • Knowledgeable about SaaS and PLG metrics, with a genuine excitement for driving growth.

  • Driven by results and always looking for new ways to improve performance.

  • A great team player, adept at working cross-functionally.

  • Preferably, but not necessarily, experienced with the Shopify App Store.


You'll contribute and be measured against

  • Increase in net installs and Awesome (paid) users.

  • Successful implementation of growth experiments and their impact on key metrics.

  • Effective collaboration with product and development teams to achieve growth objectives.

  • Achievement of short-term wins and progress towards long-term growth goals.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • £55,000 - £75,000 per annum based on experience

  • Hybrid Remote/Office working - 2 days in the office
