As our SDET, you'll build our automatic testing framework from the ground up. Your insights won't just inform decisions – they'll fundamentally drive our SDLC as you collaborate with our Delivery, Engineering, Product and Design teams.

What You'll Do

• Pioneer Our Testing Approach: We’ve started the journey to implement testing earlier in the lifecycle. You will implement high level standards that will drive our next phase of growth. 
• Create a world class test suite: Build, support and train the team to utilise automated testing frameworks and tools that allow for rapid delivery within a continuous delivery pipeline
• Regression Testing: Perform some manual regression testing to troubleshoot bugs and other issues
• Lead with Insights: Leverage your expertise to recommend new techniques, solutions, and processes

What You'll Bring

Must-Haves

• 3+ years of work experience in testing and development in a SaaS environment
• Familiarity with server-side automation testing/UI-automation testing, server-side stress testing
• Experienced in quality assurance methodology with a preliminary understanding of CI/CD pipelines
• Test automation experience using Cypress, Cucumber/Gherkin, bonus points for Vitest & RSpec
• Good understanding of web technologies
• Experience of test and issue management tools
• Experience working in a Kanban Delivery environment

Nice-to-Haves

• Bachelor's degree or above in computer science
• Experience in change management, asset loss prevention, client performance testing, or load testing
