Closing the Trust Gap in E-commerce

Location: Remote with hybrid option (2 days in Shoreditch office near Old Street)
Salary: £60k - £80k (includes comprehensive benefits package)

Our Mission: Fixing Trust in Commerce

For a decade, we've been on a mission to close the Trust Gap—commerce's most expensive problem. In a world where distance and digital interfaces separate buyers and sellers, we're building the definitive trust infrastructure that enables global trade to flourish.

We recognise that trust is not binary but a spectrum, and our work continually expands the boundaries of commerce itself. Each improvement we make enables transactions that previously wouldn't have happened, revealing new frontiers where trust can be further enhanced.

Our Impact Today

We've grown from an idea into the dominant force for trust in e-commerce:

  • Shopify's #1 Review Solution: We've earned over 44k five-star reviews from merchants who rely on us daily
  • Global Scale: More than 500k shops across 140+ countries use our platform
  • Massive Reach: We process over 70 million orders monthly, generating 2 million+ verified buyer reviews

Organic Growth: We've achieved 40% year-over-year growth purely through word of mouth—no paid marketing or sales teams needed

About the job

At Judge.me, we believe great product messages — delivered simply, clearly, and at the right moment — can unlock massive value. We ship features fast, but there’s still huge untapped potential in how we tell our product story, how we educate users, and how we drive meaningful adoption. That’s where you come in.

This is a builder’s role. You’ll lead how we communicate the value of our product — through video, blog, email, in-app, and more — making sure our users not only know what’s new, but how to use it, why it matters, and what it unlocks for them. You’ll play a key role in shaping our video presence — including building a robust YouTube channel from the ground up — turning product education into engaging, accessible content.

You’ll keep a pulse on adoption, highlight what’s working, close the feedback loop, and share wins that push us all forward.

We’re looking for someone with unstoppable curiosity and a deep obsession with the customer. Someone who’s driven to understand what motivates people, what makes them click (or not), and how we can improve every single touchpoint. You ask questions, test ideas, double down on what works, and move on quickly from what doesn’t. You care less about vanity metrics and more about actual impact — because what matters is that our users get value and stay engaged.

What you’ll do

  • Feature launches at scale — Coordinate the promotion of 5–10 new features or enhancements every month. You’ll own how we communicate changes through videos, blog posts, in-app messages, webinars, and email.
  • Build and scale education content — From quick tips and walkthrough videos to knowledge base articles and onboarding emails, you’ll help users understand the product and adopt it fully.
  • Build and scale our YouTube presence — Script, record, and edit product walkthroughs, explainers, and use-case videos that are clear, engaging, and on-brand.
  • Drive adoption and usage — Work with product and growth teams to measure adoption, identify friction points, and create cross-channel education journeys across in-app messaging, email, webinars, social and more.
  • Analyse and report — Use tools like Mixpanel, Metabase and GA4 to report on usage, highlight trends, and create visibility around what’s driving adoption.
  • Stay ahead of the market — Maintain and regularly share competitor insights and updates with the wider team. Help us spot patterns and keep our edge sharp.

You’re a great fit if…

  • You’ve got 4–5 years of experience in product marketing and you’ve created unskippable content — the kind that educates, converts, and actually gets used (ideally in B2B SaaS or eCommerce).
  • You’re always scanning for fresh angles — whether it’s a better way to explain something, a smarter journey to build, or a content format no one’s tried yet.
  • You’re a natural orchestrator, good at connecting dots across teams, surfacing feedback, and building shared momentum.
  • You’re not camera-shy — you’re confident scripting, recording, and producing product videos that feel human and helpful. Whether it's a quick explainer, a walkthrough, or a feature highlight, you know how to make video work for education and engagement.
  • You’ve built or contributed to a YouTube channel and understand how to grow an audience with content that’s searchable, useful, and engaging.
  • You take ownership seriously: when something’s unclear, you clarify it; when something’s missing, you build it.
  • You've got an eye for design. You know what looks good and won't shy away from getting stuck in with creating on-brand assets on Canva or Figma.
  • You love solving for the customer — understanding what makes them tick, what drives adoption, and how to make their path simpler.

Bonus points if...

  • You’ve worked in a fast-moving eCommerce or Shopify app environment.
  • You’ve used tools like Appcues, Loom, or Intercom to deliver education and collect insights.
  • You’ve built or contributed to a YouTube channel — whether professional or personal — and understand what makes video content click with an audience.
  • You are curious about AI and efficiency — Experiment with AI to automate repetitive tasks, unlock insights, speed up content production, and build smarter workflows across the team.
