Bilingual Preschool Office Manager Bouldin Creek (Spanish/English)

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for supporting with all sales and marketing events from initial planning through implementation and prospective family follow up
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment while ensuring prompt follow up to parent/ staff inquiries or needs
  • Desire to build positive relationships with children and families and be able to provide communication to parents through conversations, messaging and taking pictures to share the child's day and growth.
  • Collect all necessary paperwork for new children and ensure compliance of files with state regulating agencies. 
  • Ensure you understand all the workings of the school so that you can properly communicate it and share 
  • Support marketing activities and spread the word about Kido to buidl an interactive, fun and supportive community within our school, spreading positive word of mouth throughout the local area. 

Minimum qualifications:

  • HS Diploma/GED required
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Must be able to fluently read, write, and speak both Spanish and English

Preferred qualifications:

  • a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Business Administration, Communications or related fields 
  • a CDA (Child Development Associate Certification); AND
  • Experience in a licensed preschool setting
