We are is seeking a passionate Assistant Director to support our preschool’s success. Ideal candidate will have prior Preschool Director or Assistant Director experience and a desire to grow as we continue to expand in the area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead & Support Teachers – Guide curriculum implementation, provide training, and mentor educators.
• Maintain Excellence – Ensure a high-quality learning environment that aligns with Reggio-inspired principles.
• Family & Team Engagement – Build strong relationships with families and staff to create a thriving school culture.
• Compliance & Safety – Uphold Texas Minimum Standards and Kïdo policies to ensure operational excellence.
• School Growth – Support enrollment efforts and maintain an inviting school atmosphere.

Requirements:

• Must have a Texas Director Certification.
• Bilingual in Spanish & English (required).
• CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in a licensed childcare center (1+ year in a leadership role required).
• Strong knowledge of Texas childcare regulations.
