Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Assistant Teacher to join our toddler teaching team. The ideal candidate will embody our core values of Listen, Learn, Lead, and be committed to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for our students. The scheduled hours for this position will be Monday through Friday 9am-6pm with potential to shift earlier in future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support in classrooms for various age groups, including infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-aged children.
• Assist with classroom management, lesson implementation, and student engagement.
• Help create a safe and supportive learning environment.
• Drive and assist with the pick-up of after-school children as needed.
• Collaborate with lead teachers and staff to ensure the smooth operation of the afternoon program.
• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred.
• A genuine passion for early childhood education.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work with different age groups.
• Ideal candidates will have a Valid driver’s license and willingness to drive for after-school pick-ups.
