As a Lead Teacher on our founding team, you’ll help shape a school that thrives on creativity, collaboration, and curiosity.

What You’ll Do:

  • Inspire Learning: You’ll use our rich, easy-to-use curriculum to prepare engaging lessons and activities that ignite children’s curiosity and passion for learning. You’ll also have the freedom to bring your own creative ideas to the classroom.
  • Multitask with Purpose: In our fast-paced environment, you’ll seamlessly balance classroom management and responsive care to meet the individual needs of each child.
  • Build Strong Relationships: By listening and engaging with children and their families, you’ll foster meaningful relationships, provide open communication, and share moments of growth through conversations, messaging, and photos.
  • Collaborate with Your Team: You’ll work closely with fellow teachers to lead by example, support one another, and create a harmonious, dynamic learning environment.
  • Make a Difference: Every day, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping children’s futures, helping them grow socially, emotionally, and academically in a nurturing and inclusive environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • HS Diploma/GED required
  • Experience teaching in a licensed preschool setting 
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English (reading, writing, and speaking)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field, OR
  • CDA (Child Development Associate Certification), AND
  • 5-10 years of teaching experience in a licensed childcare setting, OR
  • 2-3 years of experience in a Montessori school setting
